Every session includes:
- Pre-session consultation

What can I expect?
1.Inquiry:
It starts with an inquiry through the website. From there, you’ll receive initial details and next steps so we can determine if we’re the right fit.
2.Consultation:
Before booking, we’ll connect for a consultation to talk through your vision, session type, and what you’re hoping to create. This ensures everything is aligned before moving forward.
3.Photoshoot:
On session day, everything is already planned so you can simply show up and enjoy the experience. I’ll guide as needed, keep things flowing naturally, and create space for real moments to unfold.
4.Post-Session Proof Gallery Viewing Party
After your session, you’ll be invited to view your proof gallery during a dedicated viewing experience. This is where you’ll see your images for the first time and select your favorites.
5.Editing
Once your selections are made, your chosen images are carefully retouched and finalized in my signature style.
6.Reveal & Order
Your final images are revealed, and you’ll have the opportunity to order digital files, prints, and heirloom products designed to last beyond the screen.
7.Pickup or Delivery
Finished products are either prepared for studio pickup or shipped directly to you, depending on your selection.
What is a collection?
A collection determines how much time and creative direction we plan into your session and what finished artwork is created from it. Each collection is designed to support a specific kind of final result, whether that’s a folio, wall art, digitals or a more expansive body of work.
What is a folio box print set?
A folio box print collection is a curated set of printed photographs, matted and housed in a keepsake box. Created to be enjoyed beyond a digital screen; something you can revisit, display, and pass down over time.
What does the retainer cover?
Your retainer reserves your session date and covers planning, preparation, and creative direction. It is applied to your collection total.
How much does a session cost?
Sessions are booked with a $150 retainer, which is applied toward your chosen collection.
Collections begin at a set starting price based on the time and creative direction needed for the final products you’d like to create.
How much is the typical total investment?
We are a full service, modern boutique studio with a focus on delivering quality heirloom products that you’ll cherish throughout your lifetime.
While you do not have to spend any more than the initial Session you purchased, most invest on average between $800-$1500, amount may be more or less depending on your request.
Do we have to purchase anything beyond the collection?
No. Your collection includes planning, your session time, and finished artwork. Additional purchases are always optional.
Do you offer payment plans?
Short-term payment plans may be available upon request. All artwork is delivered once payment is complete.
How many images will we receive?
Sessions are designed around creating finished artwork. You’ll receive a curated gallery to choose from, and your collection determines what final pieces are created.
How long is the session?
Session length depends on the collection you choose. Some artwork requires a focused, streamlined session, while other pieces benefit from a slower pace and more time to create variety. You'll be guided towards the right fit.
Will we receive digital images?
Digital images are included in select collections or may be added on. We’ll walk through options after you view your gallery so you can choose the option that best fits your needs.
Can we upgrade our collection later?
Yes. Many clients begin with a foundational collection and choose to expand after seeing their images. Upgrades are always optional and guided.
When will we see our images?
After your session, you’ll be invited to review a curated gallery and select your favorite images. From there, final edits are completed and your finished artwork is prepared for delivery.
Once selections are finalized, printed artwork and products are typically available for pickup within 4 to 6 weeks.
Where will the session happen?
Sessions may be studio-based, outdoors, or on-location, depending on the experience. Location details are confirmed during planning.
How do custom sessions work?
Custom sessions involve additional planning and design. We’ll finalize the concept together, confirm the appropriate collection, and collect a separate, non-refundable design deposit. This deposit covers materials and is due before items are ordered.
Can you hold a date?
Because dates are limited, I’m unable to hold them without a signed contract and retainer. Once booked, your date is fully secured.
I’m happy to answer questions and walk through options, but dates are only held once a contract is signed and a retainer is paid.

Clients are licensed for personal use, but we kindly request that all editing be left to us to maintain quality and brand integrity.
Usage & Copyright
Copyright remains with the photographer. Clients receive personal print and sharing rights for images they purchase.
Commercial use requires an additional license.
When can I post my images?
Once you receive your final digital images, you are welcome to share them online. Before delivery, watermarked proofs are for viewing only and are not to be shared for public use.
Unauthorized use of watermarked or unpurchased images may incur licensing fees.
What if the weather is bad?
We’ll do our best to reschedule in the event of weather conflicts. If we can’t find a suitable new time and the session cannot be completed, retainer transfer or credit options may apply based on circumstances.
