As soon as you have a confirmed date. Events are booked on a first-come basis, and availability can be limited, especially during peak seasons. If your event is coming up quickly, feel free to reach out to check availability.
What types of events do you photograph?
We photograph a wide range of events, including corporate events, fundraisers, community gatherings, festivals, brand launches, workshops, retreats, nonprofit events, and private celebrations. If your event doesn’t fit neatly into a category, you’re still encouraged to inquire.
How long do you photograph events?
Event coverage is typically booked by the hour, with options for extended coverage depending on the size and scope of your event. We’ll determine the right amount of time based on your schedule, key moments, and goals for the images.
Will you pose people during the event?
Our approach is primarily candid and documentary. We focus on capturing moments as they naturally unfold. That said, we’re happy to step in for group photos, speaker images, or specific moments you’d like documented.

How many images will we receive?
The number of images varies based on the length and nature of the event. Rather than delivering every frame, we provide a thoughtfully curated gallery that tells the full story of your event.
How long does it take to receive our photos?
Galleries are typically delivered within 4 - 6 weeks. If you have a time-sensitive need, such as an upcoming announcement or press deadline, let us know in advance and we can discuss options.

Can we use the photos for marketing and promotion?
Yes. Event photography includes usage for websites, social media, and promotional materials. If extended commercial or publication use is needed, that can be discussed during booking.
Do you travel for events?
Yes. Travel within our standard service area is included. Events outside that range may require a travel fee, which will be discussed clearly before booking.
How do we book?
To book event photography, reach out through the inquiry form with your event date, location, and a brief overview of the event. From there, we’ll confirm availability and next steps.
What if our event plans change?
We understand that events can shift. If changes come up, communicate as soon as possible and we’ll work through adjustments together based on availability and your agreement.
What happens if the weather doesn’t cooperate?
We photograph events in a wide range of weather conditions and come prepared to adapt as needed. Weather is considered part of the event environment and does not typically affect coverage. For outdoor events, we recommend having a backup plan or covered option in place in case of inclement weather.
In rare cases where weather conditions create unsafe or inaccessible circumstances, such as severe storms, hazardous travel conditions, or venue closures, coverage may need to be delayed, modified, or canceled. Safety is always the priority for everyone involved.
If weather prevents us from safely arriving or continuing coverage, we’ll communicate as soon as possible to discuss next steps. When feasible, coverage may be adjusted or rescheduled. If rescheduling is not possible, solutions will be handled in accordance with the event agreement.
