How far in advance should I book?

I recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weddings and peak event seasons. Ideally, 6-12 months in advance for weddings and at least 1-3 months for other events. However, I do take last-minute bookings if my schedule allows!

How do I secure my booking?

A signed contract and a retainer fee are required to officially reserve your date. The remaining balance is typically due before the event.

Are there additional travel fees?

Travel fees vary based on the location and coverage needed. These may include: Mileage Fees for locations beyond my local service area, lodging fees if an overnight stay is required, and airfare & transportation for out-of-state or international events.
